OUR HISTORY
EMPHAS!S is a vital part of Ypostirixis Group which was created by Ioannis Voutsas in 1988 with strong presence in Greece and abroad, in the fields of project development, constructions and exploitation of property.
Since then, the company is intensively active in the development and management of a wide range and large budget public and private projects, as well as demanding and complex know-how (such as private residences, hospitals, hotel units, industrial facilities, malls etc) performing services in order to find the suitable property, do the designs, calculate the cost with accuracy, and supervise the construction and relevant finances until the completion of the project, guaranteeing in that way the high-quality result at the right time and at the most advantageous cost.
